Sessions take place at Trade Oak Cliff 1300 S. Polk St. #234.

Hand-building and Access to 1 wheel available. Available for students who have already completed our 4-week beginner pottery series and are ready to dive deeper into their creativity. Our monthly  pottery membership offers a relaxed, open-studio environment where you can work on whatever projects inspire you. No formal instruction is provided but a teacher will be present for questions that come up in your projects.

You can pick any SIX of the following opportunities to access the studio. Please note that the the last Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday are reserved for under-glazing and glazing work only, not making fresh pieces. This is to make sure everything has time to dry and be fired for glazing before the month ends. If you have work that you don’t finish glazing at the end of the month, you will have to pay for a night pass of $40 the next month to glaze your work.

Member Mondays with Corrie 7-9PM August11th-25th:I won’t have any other classes and will just get to relax with y’all. The first Monday of the month is our free programming, no clay work. This month, August 4th is is a craft night from 7-9 and members are invited to join!

ALL Wednesday Evenings: August 6th-27th:No formal instruction but Dom will be available for questions that come up in your projects.

ALL Saturday Mornings August 2nd-30th: No formal instruction staff will present for helping you to get started.

ALLOTTED PIECES: To be mindful of our costs of clay, labor costs to make the slabs, glaze, and firing costs, We have put together the following chart for members. (You’re not limited to one size—you can mix and match within these guidelines!)

• Up to 6 large pieces (examples: dinner plates, serving platters)

• Or up 8 medium pieces (examples: mugs, bowls)

• Or up to 12 small sculptures (examples: spoons, mini figures)

• Or up to 18 extra-small pieces (examples: charms, jewelry accents)

Pieces made beyond these allotted amounts will be charged separately in the studio. $15 per large piece, $12 per medium piece, $10 for small, $5 per extra small. 

Note: If you do not use all 6 sessions, they do not roll into the following month. You may choose to underglaze and glaze pieces at home if you have your own supplies.

Important: All glazing must be completed by the last Monday of the session to allow for proper firing and pickup scheduling.
